This week’s newsletter covers various circulars/notifications issued by certain regulatory authorities such as the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (“MCA”), Securities and Exchange Board of India (“SEBI”), Ministry of Finance (“MOF”) and International Financial Services Authority (“IFSCA”) and SEBI Order (“ORDER”)

The Regulatory authorities provided various updates/relaxations, some of which being:

1. SEBI vide Circular dated January 23, 2024 has issued Framework for Offer for Sale (OFS) of Shares to Employees through Stock Exchange Mechanism.
2. IFSCA vide Circular dated January 25, 2024 has issued Accredited Investors in IFSC.
