This week’s newsletter covers various circulars/notifications issued by certain regulatory authorities such as the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (“MCA”), Reserve Bank of India (“RBI”), Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (“IBBI”) and International Financial Services Authority (“IFSCA”).
